5. Shipping and Delivery
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on a business day begin processing the same day. Orders placed after that time, or on weekends and holidays, begin processing the next business day. Processing takes 1–2 business days. Carrier transit takes an estimated 3–5 business days, for a total estimated delivery of 4–7 business days.
We ship only to street addresses in the contiguous 48 states and do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, other U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international destinations.

6. Returns and Refunds
You may return most items within 30 calendar days of delivery if they are unused and in their original packaging. Return shipping is free and we provide a prepaid return label. We do not offer exchanges; to get a different item, return the original and place a new order.
