We offer gift wrapping so your order arrives ready to give, without you having to wrap it yourself.
What’s Included
Gift wrapping covers the item itself, not the outer shipping box. Your order is wrapped in paper, secured with a ribbon or seal, and packed inside the standard shipping carton so it arrives undamaged.
If your order contains more than one item and you want only some of them wrapped, tell us which items in the order notes, or email us at info@hobonichitechostore.com after placing the order. We will confirm what we can do before your order ships.
How to Request It
Add a note in the order comments box at checkout stating that you would like gift wrapping, and list the items to be wrapped. If you forget to add the note, email us at info@hobonichitechostore.com with your order number as soon as possible. Gift wrapping requests can only be applied before your order enters processing, which begins once your order is placed.
Gift Message
You may include a short gift message. Write it in the order notes at checkout, or email it to us with your order number. We print the message on a plain card and include it inside the package. We do not include a printed invoice or price information in gift-wrapped orders, so the recipient does not see what you paid.
Cost
Gift wrapping is provided at no extra charge. There is no fee added to your order for wrapping, a gift card, or a gift message. Shipping remains free within the contiguous 48 states as described in our Shipping Policy.
Timing
Gift wrapping adds no extra processing time. Orders that include gift wrapping still ship within the standard 1–2 business day processing window, with carrier transit of 3–5 business days for a total estimated delivery of 4–7 business days.
Returns on Gift-Wrapped Orders
Gift-wrapped items follow the same rules as any other order. The recipient or the purchaser may request a return within 30 calendar days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original packaging. Return shipping is free and we provide a prepaid return label. Refunds go to the original payment method. See our Return & Refund Policy for the full process.
